WORKSHOP AND RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICIES:
If you need to cancel your registration for an upcoming event, please let us know as soon as possible. Below are the Cancellation Policies for our events.
CANCELING 2 HR MINI WORKSHOP: Cancellations are accepted 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund minus $7.00 non-refundable deposit per person. This non-refundable amount covers processing fees. Cancelling less than 24 hours in advance: No Refund.
CANCELING WEEKEND WORKSHOP / RETREAT:
CANCELING MORE THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the seminar, you may choose one of two options:
Option 1: Receive a refund for your full payment amount, minus $150 nonrefundable deposit per person. From this deposit, you will be issued $75 per person Letter of Credit, which is valid and transferable for up to two years towards any future workshop or retreat. The remaining $75 per person is kept as a processing fee.
Option 2: Receive a letter of credit for your full payment amount, minus $75 nonrefundable deposit per person. This deposit is kept as a processing fee. The Letter of Credit is valid and transferable for up to two years towards any workshop or retreat. It is also a possibility to use the credit for private mentorship.
CANCELING LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT
If you cancel at or less than 24 hours of the seminar, or do not show up at the seminar, then you forfeit all tuition paid to date. (No call / no show = no refund)
